The staff are very nice and the room is spotless and reasonably large with comfortable beds. You will find a private safe, a work desk, and a TV.

very good service, although a few employees were quite busy. the location was exceptionally nice for exploring this very very nice area, just next door to lasithi for the second time and the garden. there was an à la carte restaurant nearby.

We had a great time at this hotel, located in a beautiful area of Crete. The beach is just a step away, making it perfect for those who love to dive into the "livikon pelagos" waters. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The buffet restaurant served nice and varied food with different themes each night, and the mini market in the hotel's store was stocked with everything we needed.

The evening entertainment was lacking, and the bar staff sometimes took too long to serve drinks, causing long queues.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were soft and made for a great night´s sleep. , the included fridge and safe added extra convenience. The hotel location was right where you wanted it to be, near the beach and easy walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. the breakfast buffet had an extensive variety of options to choose from, which made for a tasty start to the day.

The towels seemed to have a bit of a chemical smell to them, which was not pleasant. there was no soundproofing between the rooms, which made it easy to overhear your neighbors.

Had an alright Easter stay, the beach was decently clean and only for hotel guests. the drinks were good at both bars and the cocktails were excellent. the pool was refreshing and had ample sunbeds to lounge on.

The breakfast was miserable with severely limited ham and cheese options, no hot food choices. the regular dining was only satisfactory but recurring every other day.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel facilities were fantastic - a beautiful pool area and a private beach a few steps away from the hotel with crystal clear Mediterranean sea. The location was perfect for me, as it was in a peaceful neighborhood but still within walking distance to shops and bars. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at home. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.
